The house is located in the area of Kato Kampos of Patmos, on the road to Vagia and has a panoramic view of the bay of Kampos beach and its wider area. It has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen fully equipped with a view, a large and bright living room, a bathroom and two verandas in a row, one of which is covered. The covered terrace has a dining area and a sofa for breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee or dinner. Also a hammock for relaxation.

The ground floor includes a perfectly equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting-room and bathroom, while the upper floor has one bedroom with a double bed , a single bed in an open area and a master bathroom. Outside, there is a protected area with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and mesmerizing gardens and trees.

Quiet, peaceful, breezy room in Patmos - 1 bedroom 1 bathroom top-floor room with private balcony & sea view. Suitable for 2 guests maximum. A 1-minute walk to the beach below the property. Small refrigerator. Air conditioning. There is a wifi connection in the building, although it is a weak connection inside this room. Located in Merika Bay, within walking distance to Skala's restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets.

This is a compact room with a lovely sofa bed to host 2 persons ideally one couple. The place is very quiet with fantastic sea view especially at the sun set, suitable for people who wish to relax and enjoy their vacations. The walking distance from the beach is 150 m and from Skala 500 m, only a few minutes from shops and restaurants. The apartment has an external private balcony.
