House situated in the heart of an exceptional location, imagine being in a belvedere with incredible 360° views : the white villages, the Sierra Nevada, the craggy valley and Alcolea mineral plus the lush vineyards of Laujar. Calm and incredible view (Until 2020 we were renting 2 cottage on the same property. The swimming pool was shared between both houses. We no longer rent the second cottage. The swimming pool is private, only for you).
