Address: 33, Fa Sam Hang Village, Siu Lek Yuen, Shatin, Hong Kong The new retreat cottage in my Shatin farmland is a quiet and greenery environment. The farm consists of one acre of fenced land and is literally in the mountain, just 10 minutes away walking from 2 Bus Terminals (Kwong Yuen Estate & Wong Nai Tau). Transportation is convenient. Buses and green minibuses from terminal to Cityone MTR Station (5-10 mins), connecting to Kowloon. Supermarket, 24-hr McDonald & meals in 10 mins' walk.

There is also a piano, bicycles, washer/dryer, hotpot and a trampoline, ping-pong table and bbq. [note: if you're a group of under30s who still live with your parents. don't book this place.]

6 rooms(four bedrooms, one study room and one helper’s room) in this 1600 sq. feet apartment. Two bedrooms are open for hosting and the other rooms are for private use. Guests will stay with my mom and helper in the apartment while occasionally bump into my other family members at night when we come for dinners. One private and one shared bathrooms for guests use.
