Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Walkover to private beach is through the backyard path outside the fence that leads to the sidewalk to A1A, two houses over before White House trimmed in blue across the street marked Painters Walk. 2nd walkover is across from the main entrance. You will find your oasis right in the middle of Holly Hill. This second floor get-a-way has modern amenities and is close to lots of the happening places/events in Daytona Beach. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
