This is a private entry finished basement with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living room. A shared (with host only)patio, hot tub and laundry room. Enjoy the convenience of being close to multiple shops, stores and food in the heart of Herriman with quick access to Mountain View Village. Also close to numerous trails for walking, hiking, biking and running! No Smoking Allowed anywhere on the property! No Smokers as the residue still ends up in our home.

2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
