Welcome to our newly constructed industrial tiny house with amenities for a perfect stay. Beautifully handcrafted with custom cabinets, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, a beautiful wraparound deck and a bedroom window view of the 11,749 foot Mt Timpanogos. Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

Gas Fire pit in fenced in back yard No pets and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
