Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäften, Kunst und Kultur, Parks und vom Center. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der zentralen Lage. Die Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien geeignet. Achtung: ab 31.03.2025 wird die Strasse vor dem Haus umgebaut und das Tram wird umgeleitet. Zugang zu Fuss zur Wohnung ist gewährleistet. Mit dem Auto nur noch über eine Querstrasse zugänglich. Die Bauzeit ist in 3 Etappen bis Ende 2026 geplant.

The studio is 4 tram stops away from the Central Station, 30 min from the airport, supermarkets and Claraplatz are 5 min walk away. Situated on the first floor with lift, this modern studio offers you space adjustable modules with a fully furnished place with high speed internet, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer, television, books, oven, fridge and everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one.

Grosszügige, helle 2.5-Zimmer Wohnung, 72 m2 für 1 bis 3 Personen. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180x200, Wohnzimmer Daybed 90x200. Bad: Badewanne/Dusche und WC. Küche: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. 2. Stock, Fahrstuhl, ruhige Lage, Aussicht in Grünanlage mit hohen Bäumen, Balkon, ruhige Nachbarn. Optimale Anbindung ÖV. Kein Fernsehanschluss. Rauchen nicht erlaubt. Für Hausstaub-Allergiker geeignet (Keine Teppiche/Vorhänge). Babybett, Hochstuhl und etwas Spielzeug vorhanden.

Die Landschaft des Jura wirkt geheim und mystisch - die Luft ist sauber und klar. Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt erwartet euch. Genießt die klaren Tage, die Stille des Waldes, die Tiefe des Sternenhimmels und erfreut euch am satten Dunkel des Firmament. Erlebt die Stille des aufgehenden Morgens, die Einsamkeit und Ruhe in und mit der Natur. Sammelt Kraft während ruhiger und romantischer Tage. Die Wohnung ist eine Geh-Minute vom öffentlichen Verkehr entfernt. Strassenbahn, sowie Bus, sind gratis im TNW-Tarifverbund Nordwestschweiz! In 2 Geh-Minuten ist man bei einem grösseren Super-Markt. Wohnung ist mitten im Dorf und somit sehr zentral gelegen. Restaurants findet man von einfach bis exklusiv, alle gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem ÖV ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadt Basel. EuroAirport Basel nach Oberwil mit ÖV in ca. 42min.

In the green, with good connection to the centre

This cosy loft with a small kitchen is located on the top floor of a terraced house on Bruderholz. It can be locked and offers a lot of privacy. The associated gallery cannot be used for safety reasons, but floods the room with further light through another skylight. Those who love nature and at the same time want peace and quiet and proximity to the city will enjoy it with us. INCLUSIVE: BASELCARD
