Bright and cozy basement studio apartment in a great location! Centrally located near USU and Downtown. It has a large window that provides lots of light. Brand new comfy queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), with w/d in unit with a private entrance. Please keep in mind this is a basement unit in a triplex and there is a good chance there may be guest above/next to you. We do ask all guest to be courteous of their noise levels and respect quiet hours so shouldn't be an issue!
