The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.
