Just finished a complete remodel. Make some memories at this unique, family and pet friendly waterfront cottage with private dock and amazing views of the Indian River. This home comes with a golf cart. Located in Nettles Island with an abundance of amenities to enjoy, 2 swimming pools, private beach, pickle ball and basketball courts, horseshoe, mini golf, gym, and much more! Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!

Located less than a mile from beautiful downtown Stuart, this cozy, yet very roomy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house sleeps 7, with a king bed, twin over queen bunk and a pullout sofa. The enclosed front porch has a table for 4 to enjoy coffee or a game of cards as well as a dedicated work desk space.  Great working kitchen with dining for 6. The back porch has a dining table for 6 and a fenced in yard to keep your little humans or dogs safe.  Laundry on site. No Cats
