The Milton Manor/ near BSU/Minnitrista

The Milton house is very close to everything! Ball State, the Hospital , shopping, restaurants and much more. You have access to your own private fenced in back yard . Relax on the deck while grilling out and enjoying time in the hot tub. Great place for family and friends to hang out . Big deck on the front. Huge concrete driveway you could play corn hole on or other games. Sleeps 12 total in 4 beds one futon and one pull out couch. Over 10 guests is an additional 20.00 charge per person.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

Registered historic home, heart of Muncie

Historic neighborhood. One block to BSU Village and less than 1 mile to downtown; Ball Memorial Hospital just few blocks down the same street. Registered historic property; truly walking distance to BSU for those visitors who don’t want to drive. Off-street parking is in the back alley. We kindly ask guests to be considerate to neighbors. Keep in mind, this house is near a college campus, and during graduation and sports events students/neighbors may be celebrating outside.

Nestled in Upland, close to Taylor University, Indiana Wesleyan, and Ball State, this is a convenient location to have a relaxing stay. The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. You will have a great time staying in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, wheel chair accessible bathroom apartment. We have a spacious, open-concept kitchen and livingroom suitable for larger families or even hosting a small gathering or event. Located in the country 1/2 way between Indianapolis, IN and Dayton OH, you will find easy access to I 70. This apartment is pet friendly ($15/night) and is equipped with fenced yards for exercise.
