A private entrance will take you (in basement) to this comfortable, quiet space with a sitting area with a 50" TV with Netflix, mini fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The bedroom has reading lights and a queen size bed. Updated linens/towels are provided along with room to hang your clothes. En suite bathroom with amenities including a bidet. The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.

Centrally located craftsman home that has all amenities for basic living. This unit is the entire top/main floor (not a basement or ADU) and completely private with its own entrance. Home has central A/C for those hot summer days! We are a 5 min walk from buses, locally owned restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, beautiful Lents park and the famous 82nd st.
