Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
