Property - The property is a converted 2 bedroom attic flat which enjoys glorious views over Montrose & Montrose beach. The property enjoys the comforts of gas central heating. The property is a 5 minute walk from the beach, golf courses & town centre. Please note this is an attic flat and there are a few flights of stairs to go up to reach the property.
