Very cute, cosy and romantic apartment in a chalet-style decoration. Huge balcony facing south with sun all day and views on nearby nature. Extremely peaceful and quiet environment. Very family- and child-friendly. Located at the bottom of the slopes with hiking and mountain-bike trails all around. Just outside the Residence, there are tourism&post offices, a grocery shop, 2 restaurants, the ski school, a small ice-skating rink, the bus station, a ski rental shop and an après-ski bar in winter.

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Central cozy chalet for groups & families w/ sauna

Welcome to our beautiful maisonette apartment in the best location of Champéry. The house dates back to 1902, but was renovated with a highly modern core and sanitary standard. Old beams and lots of wood create a cosy atmosphere. The three balconies offer breakfast in the sun and view of a spectacular glow of the Alps. There is comfortable space for 4-6 persons. To the cable car it is only 200m, to the village just 50m. And on the way back the sauna is waiting for you!

It is situated close to the center of the village - Champéry - and offers a great view over the station. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the "Dents Du Midi" and the "Dents Blanches". All facilities (train station, cable lift, shopping, restaurant) are close by.
