Beautifully decorated clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and large patio and grills. Lots of nature close by with shopping and restaurants. Come relax in this 1 bedroom villa. Enjoy the mountain views as you swim in the large heated pool or sun bathe/ lounge on the comfy loungers.(pool is open May through September). Close to the slc airport, Mountain America credit union amphitheater (4 miles)and downtown SLC. This place is a very affordable option when coming to Salt Lake City or to ski at the resorts. 20 minutes from the University of Utah and 40 minutes from Brigham Young University. 30 minutes to the lagoon amusement park.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Welcome to this pet-friendly, centrally located 2 bed/2 bath home! Relax and wind down with the twinkling lights in the large backyard. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. 2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
