Kind of Suite - 2 Bedroom, Pet & Family Friendly

You and your pets will love staying in this 1960's duplex home that has recently been remodeled to look and feel modern. It has two comfortable and cozy bedrooms. The living room has a very open feel to it with large windows that soak in the afternoon sunset. The kitchen has new appliances, cabinets and counter top. We also installed a tankless water heater, that although it can take a literal minute to warm up, the hot water is virtually infinite. And last but not least, a fenced backyard.

A 15-20 minute drive to several major canyons, right near TopGolf, the Jordan River Parkway, and Gardner Village. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. Perfect Skiers crash pad. With smart TV and full Kitchen. Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird are accessible by bus on a 40 min ride. Five-minute walk from a plethora of restaurants and Fashion Place Mall. 25 minutes from Park City resorts and nightlife. The reviews speak for it self , you’ll love the place because of the coziness and the location. This is a loft, some ceiling areas are slanted as you can see in the pictures. Animals will be considered with a fee.

2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
