This apartment is perfect for guests who need a resting point after skiing, hiking, or exploring nearby attractions. The apartment is NOT for those who need resort amenities. We maintain the apartment ourselves and are unable to offer 5-star Resort accommodations, but instead, we offer you an affordable nice cozy private apartment hosted by very gracious and generous hosts.

Nice yard in wooded area, rivers, lakes and mountains with four season recreational activities nearby. Suitable for 2-3 people. No pets, no smoking, no drugs.

The unit has capacity for 4 Guests, 2 of which can sleep on a mattress that is in an attic. This unit has a private backyard where you can enjoy your BBQ and Hot tub. Enjoy hiking, mountains, beaches and other local attractions in the Lakes Region.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Beautiful, cozy, two-story post and beam private apartment at rear of historic home includes large southern exposure picture windows in living room and master bedroom, looking out on private woods and barn, as well as private porch entrance. One mile off I-93. Easy to Newfound Lake, Bristol, Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee, Plymouth, Ragged Mtn. Resort. TV in living room has Netflix and Sling.

We have a private and cozy spacious one bedroom walk out garden style apartment on Lake Opechee. This backyard walk out has a fireplace, private covered patio area as well as use of the grill, fire pit, canoe and kayaks. Off street parking is available. We consider ourselves inclusive, supporting every type of visitor.

Come for all your summer fun! Our place is steps away (less than .1 mile) from Gunstock Mountain Resort, beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee is a mile away . Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with no more than two kids), and your pets are welcome too!

Riverside Place

The apt. is light and has beautiful view of the Pemigewassett River. Yard with stairs down to the river where you can fish. There is a barbeque grill and seating by the river. Often see American Bald Eagle fishing too as well as a great assortment of ducks and other water life. NO PETS
