Updates coming summer ‘25! Pics coming August! Enjoy the house as your own! Comfortable accommodations (most everything new as of December 2024) with a king bed, queen bed and twin bunk beds in 3 bedrooms. A separate office is also in the house. Part of the basement is finished, where the largest bedroom is located. Washer and dryer also located in the basement. Large backyard on an alleyway, perfect for kids to play and furry friends to explore. Fully equipped kitchen as the heart of the home.

The Main Stay is a cozy one bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed. We have a private double deck, laundry, separate office, and a fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen. There is snowmobile and Orv trail access from the apartment along with trailer parking. Iron Mountain, Michigan and the wonderful Upper Peninsula are six miles North of the apt. on US Hwy 141. The apartment is located in North Eastern Wisconsin! We are two hours from Green Bay, WI and under two hours from Marquette, MI

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

Winding River Cottages-Evergreen Cottage

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.

Perfect for nature lovers who love the quiet calm of the north woods. Kayak, fish or sit by the water right from the cabin shores. We are close to numerous State & County Parks, Boat launches, ATV/Snowmobile trails & more! The fire pit provides endless entertainment. Nature abounds with deer, turkeys, eagles, bears and much more!
