The Gotta Getaway - with pool!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Gorgeous backyard with in ground pool, stone patio, and deck for outdoor dining. This spacious home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen and living area with separate dining, and even a dedicated workspace in case you need to check an email or two! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Centrally located, you are close to shopping, museums, and fun activities while being just a short drive to our beautiful beaches.

Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Shake it Off

SHAKE IT OFF and unwind by the POOL with this ideal Beach Retreat! Half mile from the beach. Indulge in the outdoor oasis with a large private pool, heated spa, outdoor shower and plenty of seating. Features include 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with an open flow through the living, dining. Fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs has a separate suite that offers mini fridge and microwave and a full bathroom. This home is non-smoking and accommodates 10 guests. All linens are included. No pets.

Osprey's Rest

The ospreys love this place as much as we do. A thirty second walk to the beach with stunning sound views and breathtaking sunsets. Large decks with plenty of seating to enjoy the sea breeze. Just a few houses down the neighborhood features a dock perfect for launching a fishing kayak or SUP into the sound, or to a peaceful cup of coffee. At the end of a cul-de-sac and only 200 yards from public access to the beach. Quiet end of the island. 2 bed/2.5 bath with 4 total beds and the couch is long enough to sleep another. Fantastic outdoor patio on the main floor to sit and watch the sunset. Half mile to a great little market for coffee in the morning and an indoor/outdoor bar in the evenings. 10 different restaurants within 12 driving minutes from Sandy Land.
