If you appreciate the priceless craftsmanship of older homes then you’ll love this place. Built in 1987 this homes feature Solid hard pine wood floors, 12 ft high ceilings and long double hung wood windows. They don’t make them to last like this anymore. The neighborhood is historic with old tree lined streets , southern hospitality on display complete with waving neighbors sitting on their front porches. A small village is close by that boasts a tap room restaurant, yoga and a coffee shop.

One bedroom cottage in the beautiful and historic Summerville area of Augusta! Located close to the Medical District, the Augusta National, and fantastic dining options in Downtown Augusta.
