My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

This is our 7th short term let, two bungalows here in Grantham. Two houses in Newark plus another bungalow, a four bed detached house in Surrey and a 3 bed semi-detached home in Bingham. We look to provide home from home accommodation in that you will have all those home comforts you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether you choose to eat in, grab a takeaway or enjoy one of the many great restaurants in Grantham this is the perfect choice for your stay.

Relaxing, warm, quiet & cosy !

The Wash house is a beautiful detached stone built countryside retreat perfect for couples. It was built around the 1850’s along with many other properties in the village by the Brownlow family, and in the day it was used for the villagers to come and wash. It sits within our garden, enjoying far reaching views, in a conservation village, with a super village church again enjoying the Lincolnshire countryside views.

The Stable, Dry Doddington

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. The property has a studio apartment style with classic country charm. It looks out onto its own patio in a shared garden.
