This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

This single-story home is minutes from downtown, campus, and the Big House! The home is tucked away off of the main street, making life in an unfamiliar area easy & convenient. The private space surrounding the home and fenced-in backyard add to its ambiance. The home's recent renovations feature a newly added open concept, connecting the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces for a family-focused experienced. Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

Relax at this beautiful, fully renovated lake side cottage. You'll have a lake view from your front patio. Enjoy a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants. Treck the 4 mile lake circumference. The property lake access is located over a 10ft easment just after the 1 story navy blue cottage and before the 2 story yellow cottage when you head 3 cottages to the left out of the front door. This property does not allow pets and is completely non-smoking. Please see our house rules.
