We love our 100+ year old farm and want to share our family gem with you. This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda w/ outside seating, hammocks, stone front porch, sun room/art nook, a barn, horses, cats, and a neighbor dog that might come say hi. Our farm is ideal for artists/musicians, it's equipped with supplies, art, and instruments. Camp/hike the picturesque 80 acres of rolling hills, forests, meadows, and wetlands. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

This luxury apartment is unlike any other property in Mid Michigan. This space is located above Downtown Lapeer's top rated restaurant and is known for its BBQ . This apartment has a private entrance and offers high ceilings, lots of natural and recessed lighting, a full kitchen and laundry room. WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

It sits on its own property separate from the main house and also has a privacy fence blocking the view from the main house with your own parking pad. It is open concept with a private bathroom. This luxurious barn is heated with radiant floor heat and is always warm and cozy. Enjoy a fully functional kitchen, reclining couch, 70” TV and WIFI and a queen size bed. Come enjoy a stay at the Luxury Barn.

We have a “sweet retreat” home, surrounded by woods on 5 acres, creating a secluded haven -yet only 10 minutes from Lapeer. You will have a 1-bedroom suite with a private entrance and fully stocked kitchen. Come and make yourself at home! A long driveway through the woods, takes you into a clearing, where you can experience the great outdoors year-round. It is park-like with lots of wildlife. Enjoy campfires – we supply the wood and fire starters!

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
