Villa Kala is renovated old stone house for 12 people in the center of the town Makarska. House is located in the main street, pedestrian zone, 50 m away from seaside and city's main square. Everything you need is few steps away from house - market, shops, restaurants,bakery.. This house contain 2 comfortably furnished apartments for 12 people. The house has separate entrance from the street into garden and open terrace with heated pool and outdoor fireplace, where you can enjoy day and night.

A 7-minute walk from Ratac Beach Makarska, Exclusive Penthouse Big Blue with private Jacuzzi features accommodations with access to a hot tub. The guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary Wifi. Beautiful apartment with sea and mountain view !

The apartment is completely new and features a modern interior. The apartment has 1 bedroom, which has a double bed. In the living room, there is a couch which you can convert into a double bed. This apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. Downstairs, there is another self-contained apartment. (I have included it in another Airbnb listing.) The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one extra bed. If you reserve both apartments, they can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

Overlooking the marina on one side and the Franciscan Monastery and Biokovo mountain on the other. The first one with the queen size bed, the second one with the sofa bed in the living room , one bathroom, big kitchen well equipped with eating place, wash machine, dishes washer, sat tv, wifi, air conditioned, the large terrace with the magnificent view and facing the sea, free parking place.
