This spacious 6 bedroom newly renovated home has panoramic Caribbean Sea views and breezes. Spend the day at the pool watching boats pass by with distant views of St Barths. The home is located in a gated community in Dawn Beach, close to the French line and some amazing quaint, local restaurants and tucked away from the tourist hustle-bustle.

The studio is equipped with a small kitchenette and a full bathroom. Located within a 10-minute walk to Belair beach and a 5-minute walk to the hospital. Philipsburg is a 5 minute drive away. Note: The studio has a shared entrance and is located next to the main house where the host resides.

Sea Haven is a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath villa overlooking Dawn Beach on beautiful St. Maarten. Every room and patio in the villa has an ocean view except the bathrooms.
