Under 5 minutes away from 5 of Rhode Island's best beaches. 20 minutes from Newport. 2 miles away from Block Island Ferry. The house has central air conditioning, two full bathrooms, comes with a great sun deck with Weber gas grille! The second bedroom has 2 has full sized beds, these are NOT small twin beds. Our typical summer weeks are Friday to Friday. Inquire !!
