This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

Excellent work space with plenty of good lighting and electrical outlets and comfortable chair. The bed is a "Tuft and Needle", exceptionally comfortable! Plenty of light! A new kitchen, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer and many others. Additional bedroom is available with full private bath for $45 extra person

Full size windows in the living room and kitchen offers tons of light, not your typical basement apartment. Come and go as you please through your own private entrance. It has been recently remodeled. Centrally located in the 'Island' neighborhood. As a basement unit you may hear footsteps or muffled voices from above. We ask all guests to be respectful of quiet hours (10pm-8am).

Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

This brand new suite is located in one of Hyrum's newly constructed neighborhoods. It sits just one mile from Hyrum State Park and a short 15-20 minute drive to the Heart of Utah State University.

Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
