This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. Brand new comfy queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), with w/d in unit with a private entrance. Please keep in mind this is a basement unit in a triplex and there is a good chance there may be guest above/next to you. We do ask all guest to be courteous of their noise levels and respect quiet hours so shouldn't be an issue!
