The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower peninsula. Cosy spacious apartment is ideal as a central base to explore all of West Wales. The cycle track takes you one way to Swansea & The Gower or the other way to Burry Port harbour & Pembrey. Tenby is a one hour drive away. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

The Grooms Quarters is situated in Pen Y Fernal Farm, you can enjoy the beautiful views looking out over the Loughor Estuary and to Pen-clawdd famous for There cockles. Great location with the Millennium Coastal Path just 4miles great for location for any Walker or cyclists or for someone that just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside & beaches.your welcome to bring your dog additional charge will be required upon arrival.£15. Gower, close to Oxwich Beach & Hotel Spacious B&B

My place is very close to the beach (3 minute walk), Wales Coastal Path (1 minute walk) and Oxwich Bay Hotel (3 minute walk). You’ll love my place because of the privacy, ambience, outdoors space (backdrop of a wood), neighbourhood, and 50 Mbs FTTP Wifi. It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. Waterfront Suite in our Townhouse

Your space is on the ground floor of our sea-front home in Mumbles, offering uninterrupted views of Swansea Bay. From the suite, you can see Mumbles Lifeboat Station to the right and Oystermouth Castle to the left. The suite features a king-size bed, corner sofa (also a sofa bed), full size fridge, table and chairs, a work desk, storage, shower room, 50” TV, and WiFi. Trampoline at the back. Please note, no cooking facilities are provided but we do have bowls, plates, glasses etc.

Perfect setting with uninterrupted views over the Gower peninsular and Carmarthenshire coast, on the coastal walking path and cycle track. The Jack Nicklaus golf course at Macynys and the Asburnham links course in Burry Port are very close by. Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.

Situated on a leafy cul de sac, is a beautifully spacious and well equipped property, perfect for families, couples and groups. We love our property, so much so we have decided to move out to a nearby village and allow others to experience the same pleasures that we have experienced whilst living there.
