Keep it simple at this peaceful 1 bedroom/1 bathroom centrally located casita. Private access/no doors leading to main house for added privacy. Queen bed plus a pull away cot available Just 40mins to Zion NP. 5mins to Quail Lake & 20mins Sand Hollow Lake. Just 16 mins to St George. In the winter months we have a great skiing resort called Brian Head 1.5 hours away. Polaris Rzr available to rent. TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, microwave/coffee pot. No pets. No smoking
