Relax at this cozy, off-grid shed just a few minutes from the Mickelson Trail. Take it easy after a long day of biking, hiking or exploring the beautiful Black Hills. Just minutes from the quaint downtown of Lead, SD and only 7 miles to all the fun that Deadwood has to offer! The perfect place to get away from it all! PLEASE NOTE: Features a composting toilet system, solar power and no running water. Rustic steps leading to the front door are uneven and not suitable for everyone. No smoking.

This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
