Located near Shiner, Moulton, Flatonia & Gonzales, this is the perfect place to use as a home base to venture out. The guesthouse features 900 sq. ft. of living space. The open concept combines the kitchen, dining, living & bedroom. A private bathroom, washer & dryer, carport, fenced kennel area and many amenities are included. You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.
