The Riverbank is nestled in an RSPB nature reserve close to the South Downs National Park, and benefits from a wide range of bird and animal life. Tucked away on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park, our recently converted carthouse offers a cosy and peaceful escape for couples, solo travellers, or anyone exploring the South Downs Way or Downs Link Path. Ideally situated just off the A27, we're perfectly placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel and the stunning South Coast. We are around halfway along the South Downs Way, making this an ideal rest stop for walkers and cyclists alike.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. It it is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With easy access to the Souths Downs, it’s location is ideal for both walking & cycling and also within a 25 minute drive to Goodwood, Chichester, Cowdray and Brighton & Hove.
