Pool House On The Lake

The Pool House on the lake has several great features and is more the just a lake house. The house sets on a 5 acres wooded lot with a private gated drive. The 1950s home has the original bathrooms and kitchen but has been updated with great wifi ( for work or school) and new HD TVs through out. The view to the lake is one of a kind with its own private sandy beach and fire pit. No matter what the weather is there's something to do because this house also has a heated indoor pool(all year long).

The Villa Goshen (Exclusive Use/All Guest Spaces)

An unforgettable stay awaits! Spectacular waterfront views from the home and guest deck, with outstanding amenities and accommodations, this is The Villa Goshen. Booking allows exclusive use of all guest bedrooms, common spaces on the main & upper floors, and the wooden guest deck area off the kitchen. No parties unless pre-approved. Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

A comfortable bed with soft sheets. Knead your worries behind on the heated massage chair. Enjoy a warm fire either outside on the deck or the inside wood burning fireplace. Old Fox Farm - Cozy Country

Our turn of the century farmhouse is situated in the country on over three acres. Enjoy a large kitchen, dining room and large family room along with three bedrooms (upstairs) and two full baths (1 up and 1 down). The rural atmosphere is perfect for walks or evening fires (we have a fire ring, lawn chairs, and some wood). Enjoy the night sky with a view of the stars and constellations. We have a lovely, safe, rural community with friends and fields as neighbors. No parties allowed.

Oak Grove Place (2 King Beds) on 5 acres

Fully furnished, large country house. With beautiful country views. Large wrap around front Porch and back deck. Perfect for picnics or just relaxing. Ideal location for any size of family or group. Two king beds, one queen, one full size bed plus a queen sleeper couch to meet a large family needs. During winter months you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Wood is provided. The Grand Pause Farm invites you to stay at our barn, overlooking 40 acres of a stress free environment, complete with ponds, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets . You will be in the country, and our cozy, quiet cabin can be enjoyed by the whole family. You can visit local parks and shopping at area stores. Due to COVID-19 we have blocked weekdays.
