Come and enjoy a relaxing family vacation on beautiful Lake Hartwell in this spacious 2 level home. Plenty of room for multiple families to share. This 7600 sq. ft lakefront home sleep up to 18 featuring 7 bedrooms with 1 additional rooms with sofa beds; 5 full-sized bathrooms; 1 laundry area with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Each level boasts a fully furnished kitchen along with a large entertainment area. Breakfast area off main kitchen in addition to a spacious dining room that seats up to 10.

Enjoy life on Lake Hartwell at our cottage with stunning views and private double decker dock. Use our kayaks, canoe, and floats, or bring your boat in at the nearby launch to relax in our quiet deep water cove. The screened in porch, surrounded by large trees, is a perfect place to read a book or have a cup of coffee. Our kitchen is large and well stocked and opens up to the living room for easy socializing. Whole house has been recently remodeled and is super clean and cozy.

“on the edge” is a small, cozy, rustic, lakefront cabin with easy walk to a private dock on Lake Hartwell. Great for fishing and swimming. Public boat ramp 2 miles. Living/dining area, two bedrooms. Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

This is the perfect lake house for your next family vacation, Clemson football game, or just a long weekend at the lake! Enjoy full access to Lake Hartwell with a private dock and swimming area. The house is located just 20 minutes from both Clemson and Anderson and also just 5 minutes from Portman Marina. Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)
