3BR/2BA ONE LEVEL Brick Ranch located next to Bays Mountain 5 mins from downtown Kingsport, W/D, Full Kitchen , 50 inch TV w/cable, WIFI provided. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an added pet fee. Can accommodate up to 6 guest, there is an $10 fee added per guest above 3 per night. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Also located on our 6 acre estate is a 2nd BNB rental the "BEARFOOT CHALET" to allow families to be close.

Our Country Home

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.

Amazing Views, Spacious

Welcome to our home on the Ridge! This is our primary home that we live in with our 4 young children that we rent for special events (Bristol Motor Speedway events, Rhythm & Roots Reunion, holidays, weddings, family reunions, etc.) and groups that need lots of bedrooms with beautiful entertainment outdoor spaces! We love hosting groups and families, but please be aware this is a personal home, not a full time rental (more details below).
