You’ll be a 10 minute walk from the historic town centre of St Ives and a 5 minute walk from the guided bus to Cambridge. Alternatively being just off the A14 it’s a 20 minute drive approx. The house is surrounded by beautiful wild trails, rivers, villages and countryside for the rambler, kayaker (perfect for another perspective) and cyclist. The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Lotting Fen Lodge is a separate self contained bungalow next to our own home. Finished to a very high standard including underfloor heating. Very modern and well equipped kitchen, large bedroom and living room, and lovely shower room. Own private garden with lovely views. Off street parking. We will consider dogs but you must ask first as we have some rules that must be adhered to. Please enquire first if you want to bring a dog with you.
