Your tour guide will explain everything about the growing and processing of coffee. He will take you on a short walk on the farm , the fermentation tanks and drying beds. Thereafter he will take you through the process of roasting of the coffee beans. Here, you will get to roast your own batch of coffee and take it as your souvenir. Finally you will have a cup of coffee and snacks at the rooftop with a view of the farm. We offer an inspirational "off-the-beaten-track" experience of Nairobi, guided by youth from slums who raised themselves on the streets of Nairobi City Centre. During a personal, one-on-one, 3-hours walking tour in Downtown, you will experience the city centre through the eyes of street children. Get the real insights into their way of life, get captivated by their life stories and ghetto-energy, learn from their street skills, ask all your questions, shop at local markets, bargain with your guides to pay a local price, eat street food, have tea with mechanics, see street art among and last but not least become friends with them. Social Impact: By booking a Nai Nami Tour you give disadvantaged youth from slums an opportunity to earn a regular income and inspire them as a role model. Other things to note Carry your passport copy and wear good shoes (no sandals or high heels), it's a walking tour!

Walking Tour: Our journey begins with a walking tour, allowing you to immerse yourself in the heart of Kibera. You'll visit multiple iconic spots including the renowned Kibera railway, the Kibera panoramic view, Kimungu bridge, Laini Saba grounds, and a stroll along Biashara street. During the tour, you'll listen to Kibera’s history and the story of Kibera Creative Arts. 2. Visit: Upon arrival, you'll have the opportunity to see our office and our music studio. You can engage in any of our music-related activities, such as a music jam session, music production, recording, or mixing. 3. Local Food: Afterward, we'll enjoy a meal at a local restaurant, giving you a taste of the authentic local cuisine (pilau, ugali, ndengu, minji, madondo, chapati, chai). Concluding the Tour: We can either accompany you back to Prestige Mall or guide you to a main road where you can request an Uber. If you prefer, you can opt to take a local boda boda (motorbike) to your desired pick-up point. We'll visit social impact activities that supports and trains young entrepreneurs within Kibera. As we walk through Kibera, you'll meet locals and see the growing arts and music scene, while discovering daily life. I'll talk about Kibera's history, political and social struggles, and its role in greater Nairobi as we walk. You'll get a chance to experience the warmth, strength, and resiliency of Kibera's residents. At the end of the experience, we'll stop in a local shop for snacks. Other things to note Please bring your camera, but leave other valuables at home. Closed-toed shoes are required. You will walk about 3-5 km. Unfortunately, this tour is not accessible for those with limited mobility.

A short drive out of Nairobi’s central business district is the Nairobi National Park. Wide open grass plains and backdrop of the city scrapers, scattered acacia bush play host to a wide variety of wildlife including the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes and diverse birdlife with over 400 species recorded. Our tour will begin with a pickup from your hotel at 6am. We'll then drive towards the Nairobi National Park main gate. Upon arrival, our adventure in the African Savannah begins. Visit the largest slum in Africa with a social entrepreneur
We are a team of 4 guides namely; ERICK, SAMUEL, BENTER & JACK. Kibera is the largest slum in Africa and one of the largest in the World The aim of organizing this experience is to enable our guests to learn more about the local community's way of life and the income we generate from the booking fees helps us in paying school fees for orphans and vulnerable kids here in the slum. 50% of the booking fees from this experience goes back to the community. There are 5 stops during this experience namely; 1. Our Office We will first welcome you to our office here in the slum for introductions & briefing about the entire experience. The office has free Wi-Fi and super clean & nice washrooms. We also have a very safe and secure guest room for those interested in exploring Kibera slum at night and probably spending a night here in the slum at an extra cost. 2. Crafts Centre You will witness how locals recycle materials to make jewelry & other handmade items. 3. Meeting Children. And also visiting open air market 4. Home Visit We then welcome you in one of the local houses/homes 5. Next, in a step by step process, I will guide you in painting the chosen theme while advising on colors and painting techniques. You are most welcome to our Children's home and daycare centre that takes care of orphans and children from underprivileged families. Our children's home is located in Kibera slum, Nairobi - Kenya. You can help us in any of the following areas; 1) Feeding the Children and caring for their basic needs. 2) Setting up activities and games for entertainment, aimed at building self - esteem, learning, and just having fun. 2) Provide, education lessons for older children to help them prepare for school 3) Provide essential support to marginalized kids 4) Teach impoverished children important skills such as hygiene practices 5) lmprove the kids' future prospects and help them break the poverty cycle by supplying quality early childhood teaching 6) Teaching basic like teaching them colors, shapes, numbers. 7) Help with other activities like cooking or helping the kids out with homework/classwork. 8) You can also come up with your own activities/ways to help our children. We are very flexible and can customize this program to match your interests. > If you want to volunteer with us for a longer period, please message us then we give more details. Our humble school is in Kibera slum in Nairobi city. Kibera is the largest slum in Africa and one of the largest in the world. We need volunteers now more than ever to donate their precious time, talents, skills or experience. Our volunteering program is very flexible, if you are looking for long term volunteering please message us Income we generate from the booking fees helps in funding our programs ITINERARY > Upon reaching the school you will be welcomed by the school management, teachers, pupils and other staff then walked around the school premises > Then you will get some entertainment ( songs & dances) from our pupils > Afterwards you will head either to the classrooms to teach, kitchen to help in cooking or school hall to coach in any other co-curricular activity you are talented or experienced in but before you start volunteering you will undergo orientation > Our teachers and other staff will always be around to assist you whenever you need help throughout your volunteering period > You don't have to be a trained/certified/qualified teacher in order to teach in our classes. You can teach basic English, Mathematics, Music, Painting, drawing, colouring and so on or share your talents or experiences like sports coaching, dancing, music, acting and so on > Finally the school management will say a word before we end up and lead you back to the meeting point

Named for the intense geothermal activity within its boundaries, the Hell's Gate National Park is a remarkable quarter of the Great Rift Valley. Spectacular scenery including the towering cliffs, water-gouged gorges, stark rock towers, scrub clad volcanoes and belching plumes of geothermal steam make it one of the most atmospheric Parks in Africa. Our adventure will begin with a pickup from your hotel/airport. We’ll then drive north across small bustling towns and the expansive great rift valley. Our first stop will be at the Great Rift Valley observation point. Here we’ll enjoy an excellent view of the rift valley floor. We’ll then proceed to Hells gate, here the adventure begins. Upon arrival, we’ll do a bicycle safari enjoying the parks epic scenery. We’ll also spot wild animals on their day-to-day business. Our bike ride takes us to the Ol jorowa gorge where we’ll hike within the tall walls of the gorge, walking beside hot springs and water falls After this epic hike, we’ll game drive back to Elsa gate after which we’ll drive to fisherman’s camp for a delicious lunch with a view of Lake Naivasha. This will be followed by a 1hour boat ride at lake Naivasha. After an epic adventure, we’ll depart for Nairobi with a drop-off at your residence/airport.

Street art tour of Kibera with local artists
Look beyond the stereotypes and see Kibera through the eyes of the young artists that live there - Sun Valley Art is an art collective made up of around 15 local artists who all grew up in Kibera. On this tour, we will show you the educational murals and urban art that is dotted throughout Kenya's largest informal settlement. You will get to visit and talk with local artists and art collectives, whilst sampling our favourite street foods along the way. You will also get the chance to visit our studio and hear our stories of life-long love affairs with art, and our efforts to utilise this passion to improve the lives of our community.
