Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.

This special place is 8 miles away from SeaTac International Airport and a quarter mile away from the freeway, making it easy to plan your visit. Private entrance to this beautifully renovated downstairs unit with windows that view lovely Puget Sound. The unit is entirely to yourself and can only be accessed by your private entrance. Within walking distance to Redondo beach. This space also includes a private outside sitting area to enjoy the ocean view.
