I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook. Walk to Saint Edward state park, hike to Lake Washington, relax by the beach. Walking distance to Kenmore downtown with a selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Half an hour drive to Seattle, Bellevue, or Lynnwood.

Come stay at Sunny Side Uplake, a cozy, clean, light-filled studio apartment, nestled on a private drive in a quiet neighborhood. You will have the entire basement studio apartment, with on-site parking and a picturesque back yard and patio. We are 10-15 min to Downtown Bothell, Woodinville Wine Country, and the I-5 & I-405 freeways.

Enjoy the quiet of nature in your Queen bedroom suite with a private entrance. This space can sleep 3 - but the pull out in the living room is cot size so most suitable for a child.

This second story of our guest house is equipped with essential amenities, a microwave, a small fridge, and a freezer, making it easy to prepare light meals or snacks. Start your day right with the Keurig coffee maker, allowing you to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee whenever you desire. Welcome to Millcreek! This side suite combines chic decor with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. King bed with storage, Iron and ironing board, pull-out sofa bed, Full Kitchen, quartz countertop, shower, 70” flat screen, board games and a coffee bar. Mini split for cooling and heating. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
