Het polderhuisje is een oase van rust midden in de randstad. Het is recent ver-nieuw-bouwt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De wifi werkt uitstekend in alle ruimtes. Perfecte plek voor vakantie en om rustig te kunnen werken. Het polderhuisje ligt centraal: het strand (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) en Utrecht (30km). Leven als een god op de Kaag! Ruim en licht nieuw houten familie-vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien. Rondom het huis is een omheind bosterrein en gras van ca. 3.000m2. Volledige privacy. Richting het water is de dijk en daarachter ligt onze bijzonder ruime steiger met plaats voor 3 boten. We verhuren ons huis inclusief onze motorboot van 5.7 meter (april t/m oktober, plaats voor 6-8 personen) en een zeilboot. In de plassen kan gezwommen worden (zwemtrap op steiger aanwezig).

Met recht een toplocatie in het Groene Hart Landelijk gelegen en toch midden in de Randstad. Een knusse en toch zeer royale woning met aanlegsteiger en terras op het zuiden gelegen in het pittoreske Rijpwetering. Deze comfortabele woning is gelegen aan de oevers van de prachtige Kagerplassen. Een rondvaart met onze sloep met schipper is zeker een must. Op uw eigen terras kunt u heerlijk zonnen, zwemmen en vissen. Reistijd Schiphol 15 min. en Amsterdam 20 min.

Een volledig luxe ingericht appartement gelegen in het Groene Hart, met woonkamer, 2 slaapkamers, inloop douche , open keuken, dakterras en balkon waar u uitkijkt op de brug en vaarwater waar altijd wel wat gebeurd. Het appartement is onderdeel van Brasserie de Kromme Does. Onze gasten kunnen eventueel gebruik maken van het restaurant en terras aan het water. Ook kunt U om de buurt te verkennen u een fluistersloep huren.

Our spacious apartment of 100 m2 is located in Oude Wetering, adjacent to Roelofarendsveen. This beautiful water-rich environment is an ideal base for exploring the region by boat, bicycle, car or on foot. You can reach Amsterdam, Leiden or Noordwijk (the coast) in 20 minutes by car. The apartment is situated in a quiet area and in 5 minutes you are in the center of Roelofarendsveen with various shops and restaurants.

Luxe in Leimuiden uitzicht op Braassemermeer

Ga er gewoon even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie met uitzicht op het Braassemermeer. Op een half uur afstand van Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Haarlem, Den Haag, Rotterdam en het strand. Kortom een centrale plek met veel uitvalswegen. Je kan bij ons ook een sloepje huren bij het verblijf of als je zelf komt met de boot kan je hem op een ligplaats leggen (eigen terrein naast de accommodatie).
