The house features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 spacious verandas where you can enjoy your meals under the shade or simply relax while overlooking the garden and sea.

Thalassa is a three-story villa, with unlimited view of the Aegean Sea. Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. (Total area of villa : 189m2) The traditional aesthetic and thoughtful design of the villa, along with all the modern amenities offered will guarantee a pleasant and confy experience for families and couples.

Mister blue, private terrace to relax ,Chora Ios

A small white house with blue windows, in the heart of the Aegean, was always my dream! That's how everything started and now I own this tiny house of 27sqm in the magical town of Ios island. This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family. The idea was a polymorphical place that has everything we need in a small house . I hope that you will love this place as I do!!!

Το Chora Anargyros βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της χώρας αλλά ταυτόχρονα μακριά από τα πολυσύχναστα μπαρ του νησιού. Πρόκειται για ένα παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο σπίτι 80 ετών πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο διατηρώντας την κυκλαδική κουλτούρα. Ο κεντρικός δημόσιος δρόμος απέχει μόλις 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια και η στάση του λεωφορείου 2 λεπτά. Επίσης βρίσκεται 1 λεπτό από το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ.

VILLA ANGELICA is located over Harokopou/Finikas beach, almost 1 km. from Koufonisi port. It's a small traditional Cycladic house that can host 2 people. There's a kitchenette, air conditioning, WiFi, parking space, hair dryer and seaview from the terrace next to the house. The guests can find everything they need at the seaside tavern only a few metres from the house.

The house is located next to (90m) one of the most beautiful beaches of Schoinoussa, Almyros. The house is equipped with a kitchen-corner and with ceiling fans in both rooms. The village is about a 20min walk. Ideal beach with sand and trees to provide protection from the sun.
