Perched high above the golden sands of St. Nicolas Bay, a fusion of designer-led interiors and Zakynthian seascapes combine at Verdante Villa II. Moulded from earthen materials and inspired by summer living, this luxury sea-view villa with a private infinity pool, has all the hallmarks of a unique hideout, but with a regional twist. Featuring two iconic sea-view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the villa can comfortably welcome up to 5 guests to cherish a utopian holiday break with loved ones.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

BLUE SEA HOUSE is an independent apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room. Huge outdoor area with sitting area, exclusive private pool, barbecue area to dine outside with amazing sea view. Private parking. At 200 meters from the beach of San Nikolas by foot, taking a dirt path. The beach, the port, restaurants, mini-market and bars are 1.5 km away by car. Boat Tours depart from the port to see the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach (Navagio) as well as ferries to Kefalonia.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

The house is an old southern Italian villa, located in a rural area next to Badolato’s old village. The location is still used as a winery by our family. You will appreciate the wonderful view of the medieval village, the Ionian Sea, the surrounding vineyards, while also experiencing the authentic southern Italian lifestyle.
