Am Fuße der malerischen Hohenzollernburg in Colmberg schmiegt sich unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage ein, direkt angrenzend am Rehgehege. Unsere Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Burg Colmberg und dem Golfplatz Colmberg entfernt. Das 95 qm große Massivhaus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer und 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Freies WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung.

You will have my whole to yourself as I will be away. This includes: 1. private top floor with big double bed and luxurious bathroom 2. a spacious and bright open plan living and dining area including a stylish kitchen & guest toilet 3. access to private terrace and garden. My own rooms and bathroom on the 1st floor won't be part of the rent. I can open up another room for a child & 3rd person travelling. Ideal for guests seeking a calm environment, parties and loud noise is not desirable.

Willkommen in unserem auch selbst genutztem Ferienhaus. Unser Anspruch in der vollständigen Sanierung im letzten Jahr war es Form, Funktion und Nachhaltigkeit zu vereinen. Wir freuen uns sehr wenn ihr das Ferienhaus für euch selbst entdeckt. Mein Highlight im Haus ist der großzügige Wohnessbereich wo man auch mit großen Gruppen gemütlich sitzt. Bei Sonnenschein ist das Highlight natürlich der riesige Naturgarten, ob auf der Terrasse unter dem Nussbaum oder im Liegestuhl auf der Wiese

There are various fruit trees on the extensive property, which you are welcome to use seasonally.

Wir vermieten einen Teil unseres Hauses mit viel Freifläche im Fränkischen Seenland. Hier ist Platz für eine ganze Familie oder mehrere Freunde. Wir wohnen direkt nebenan und sind für alle Fragen zugänglich. Eine sehr gute Gastwirtschaft mit Biergarten ist ca. 50 m von uns. Der Große Brombachsee ca. 10 km mit herrlichem Sandstrand, Baggerweiher ca. 2 km. Eine wichtige Änderung: Hunde sind nicht mehr erlaubt, wegen den Schafen!
