Logement neuf dans un chalet au milieu des bois

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Cottage en pleine nature

Au cœur d'un parc arboré, cottage idéal pour se mettre au vert. Situé en plein poumon vert de Loches à proximité des Châteaux de la Loire, du Zoo de Beauval et des sites touristiques. Le cottage comprend un salon, une kitchenette, une salle d'eau, douche, WC. A l'étage une chambre avec un lit double avec vue sur le parc et 2 couchages lit simple, une mezzanine avec coin lecture. TV, dvd, poss. d'emmener une clé USB pour films ou dessins animés à brancher sur TV. Poss de connexion Netflix, canal+

Suite indépendante dans grange rénovée

Cette ancienne grange du XVIIème siècle, entièrement rénovée dans le style, est située dans un cadre champêtre, située à seulement 12 minutes de voiture du centre ville de Tours. Son accès est indépendant de la maison attenante des propriétaires. SANS CUISINE, vous y trouverez le confort nécessaire et pourrez profiter d'un parking privé, d'un espace jardin relaxant sans vis-à-vis et à l'intérieur d'une connexion wifi par fibre. Adapté au tourisme mais aussi aux déplacements professionnels.

Longère sur le chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle

Logement atypique dans une ancienne longère pour deux personnes, tout confort, à 15 minutes de Tours, sur le chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostelle et proche du patrimoine du Val de Loire. Nous habitons dans la maison mitoyenne et serons heureux de rencontrer des voyageurs sympathiques. La maison dispose d'un extérieur bucolique avec un four à bois où nous animons des ateliers pain et sa cuisson. Le projet est de faire de cette maison un lieu de rencontre, d'échange et de partage.

The very luxurious interior furnishings and the incredible view will give you a unique experience. The manor ideally located at the gates of Tours and near the various motorway axes will allow you to radiate to visit cellars and castles. Nature lovers, the croaking of frogs from March to August and the wood fire in winter will delight you.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

Independent guest house in Touraine in a hamlet totally dedicated to holidays. In the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting, our little house is the ideal starting point for numerous walks or bike rides, or for a visit to Beauval Zoo 30 minutes away, or for exploring the Châteaux of the Loire. The châteaux of the Loire are 40 minutes away and the Brenne nature park 20 minutes.
