Central Holland, historical, terraces on the lakes, restaurants, watersport, boat, sup and bike rent, swimming.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Wasser und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Boot an einem 16 m langem, privaten Steg anzulegen. Durch die Südlage des Grundstücks liegt der Garten den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Die neue, moderne Küche beinhaltet einen Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Gas-Herd, Backofen sowie Mikrowelle. Liebe Gäste, leider wurde ich für 2026 gezwungen, die Preise um 12% zu erhöhen, da die Regierung die USt. von 9% auf 21 % erhöht hat. Ich hoffe, Ihr kommt trotzdem ALLE wieder.

Die Aussicht von der Ferienvilla Sudersee ist einmalig- ebenso die Lage im Waterpark It Soal. Sie wohnen auf einem ruhigen, gepflegten Grundstück fußläufig zum IJsselmeer-Strand und zum Jachthafen. Das Ferienhaus hat eine Süd-West-Ausrichtung, so dass Sie auf der Terrasse die Mittags- und Abendsonne genießen können. Vom eigenen, privaten Bootssteg kann man direkt ins Wasser hüpfen und anschließend auf der Loggia herrlich relaxen und sonnenbaden. Der große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein.

De juiste locatie voor een heerlijke vakantie in een groene omgeving waarbij rust, ruimte en natuur centraal staan. De villa is gunstig gelegen voor het maken van uitstapjes naar het gezellige stadje Harderwijk, heerlijk ontspannen bij het Welnessresort de Zwaluwhoeve of shoppen in Bataviastad.

Aan de rand van het Appelschaster bos vind je dit moderne fijne vakantiehuis. Opgeleverd oktober 2020 met alle faciliteiten. Het verblijf is voorzien van ruime keuken met vaatwasser, koffiezet apparaat en combi magnetron. Het verblijf heeft vloerverwarming, airco, bar met tap en boxspring bedden. Prima audio en tv is aanwezig met Netflix. Hiernaast een 6 persoons jacuzzi waar het hele jaar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt. Restaurants, midgetgolf, pretpark Duinenzathe op loop afstand.

Villa Maison Mer can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is located directly by the water, has a jetty and invites you to relax in the sun on the large terrace. From here you have a unique view of the IJsselmeer. Whether you like to go fishing directly from your own jetty, kiting, windsurfing on the IJsselmeer or boating. Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.

Deze exclusieve villa is zeer geschikt om te onthaasten. De fluister-sloep ligt voor jullie klaar om geruisloos het Friese water mee te verkennen.
