This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. Weber river is within walking distance and has great fishing year round. Fish or boat on Rockport Reservoir which is just 5 minutes away. Echo Reservoir is also great for fishing and boating which is just 10 minutes away. It's a 13 minute drive to Park City for the Skiing, shops, restaurants, and more.

Caretaker's Cottage at London Spring Ranch

The Caretaker's Cottage is a cozy house located next to a sheep pasture and between two small streams in the middle of historic London Spring Ranch. Close proximity to Utah Highway 40 allows for quick access to Heber City, Midway and Park City as well as surrounding lakes and ski resorts. In the spring and summer, guests have the opportunity to tour the original dairy barn. There is a small, fenced patio and yard attached to the cottage.
