House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. And there's access to a kegerator that usually has a local ale on tap. 2 blocks from Pier Park with its majestic trees and world-class disc golf, a short walk to downtown St Johns, and a short bike ride or drive to the University of Portland.

Easy access to I-5, close to Portland International Airport, & Portland, OR, shopping (NO sales tax!). Very comfortable space, fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, convection toaster oven, & induction hot plate (works amazing). Ask about my pet policy.

Carter Park Home - 1 Bedroom Suite

This is a private 1 bedroom basement suite at the Carter Park Home. It comes with a private entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with full fridge/freeze (Newly added amenity 8/1/2022), microwave, stovetop w/ five burners, toaster oven, and beverage refrigerator. It also includes a washer & dryer. Enjoy TV with premium cable channels and free WIFI. There is a shared outdoor BBQ area and we are pet friendly. Pets must be disclosed in booking ($150 fee).

The Hen House: Private unit in NE

The Hen House is a converted garage, built from mostly salvaged material, and has everything you need for an easy visit. The loft has a queen bed but stairs are very steep so I recommend the pullout single bed downstairs if uncomfortable with steps. I'm near Mississippi area, Williams and Alberta Arts District with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Unit stands alone and there is a garden and friendly animals to hang with outside. Dogs allowed.
