Modern one-bedroom garden apartment near Harvard, MIT, and the river. Sleeps 2 couples plus an infant. The spacious bedroom has a very-comfortable queen bed. The living room has a queen sofabed that's much more comfortable than most. There is also a safe infant bed. Washing machine & dryer inside (no fee). Fully-stocked kitchen with dishwasher and gas range. Air conditioning. Rational cancellation policy: if it gets rented by someone else after you cancel, I'll issue a refund.

Rare off street parking for one car. Workspace is provided with monitor and lifting desk. Whirlpool tub is good for a soak, and I've recently installed an all-in-one bidet toilet with heated seats.
