For 28 day + winter rental a separate lease need to be signed and need to share your id as well. Please note association policy no smoking anywhere, and no pets. so, no exceptions, and please be aware of heavy fine imposed by HOA for not following.

Cute studio beach cottage with complete kitchen, full bath, and full size bed. Everything is new and updated. Perfect for a relaxing couples vacation. Two minute walk from the beach. Parking for one vehicle in front of house with table and grill outside. Hampton Beach is a great area to visit. Fantastic beach and adjacent boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment. We are on the north end of the main beach; quiet area but only 10 minute walk to the Ballroom Casino. No pets.

It is a tourist hub with night life, lots of sand, shops and restaurants! Head north up the coast and see towering beachfront houses, rocky beaches and gorgeous views! Beautiful views all year round!
