Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

The house is within a 5 minuts walk from shopping in the village of Solrød and the train station. Copenhagen is only a 25 min drive by train or car. The house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room with open kitchen/dining room and 2 big terrasses and a lawn with trampolin etc.

Tæt ved vandet for hele familien

Stor og moderne indrettet bolig med plads til hele familien tæt ved vandet i Solrød. Fire værelser med mulighed for dobbeltsenge, tre badeværelser, stue med plads til alle og stort køkken-alrum. Tæt på den skønneste sandstrand med klitter og badebro ud i Køge bugt. På grunden er der plads til leg, liv og feriestemning i den store have. København kan nås på 30-40 minutter med bil eller tog. Nærmeste station er 800m væk. Besøg også hyggelige Køge, som byder på alt hvad hjertet begærer.

All reservations include an English-fluent welcome by the boat owner. Beautiful classic Swedish boat with a classical wooden interior. Enjoy the morning coffee at the stern deck and the evening coziness in the salon. The boat has heating if you feel the Nordic night is a bit too chilly. Fridge, cooking stove, drinking water, and kitchen tools on board. Towels and linens are provided. The toilet on board is only for small needs. You will get access to the harbor sanitary facilities.

Ideelt for 1-2 børnefamilier.
